Well 2014, that’s a wrap!

And now it’s a new year! Time for new beginnings, new adventures, and new lessons! I can’t wait to see what 2015 has in store for me! I now have spent my first full year back in Arizona after my 7 years in Oklahoma. I’ve met the most amazing people and had the most amazing time building my business here and making friends.

In 2014 I learned so much, seriously so much. It has by far been the year where I have learned and grown the most thanks to the amazing people God has put in my life. Three most important things I learned:

– Heavenly Father has a plan for me, you, and each one of us. He has a plan. He is aware of our thoughts, our feelings, and the situations we are going through. He hasn’t forgotten any of us. He knows what is best and when we trust in Him that is when we are able to find true happiness.

– Another way of finding true happiness is by doing what you love. I was watching the news the other day and man was being interviewed, he said “if you love what you do then you’ve got it made, its not about the money.” I am so grateful to be able to do something that I really do love. I know I have a long way to go, but some days I do feel as if “I’ve got it made.”

– Chase your dreams and be patient. Don’t compare yourselves to others. You can’t compare your beginning to someone else’s middle and you can’t expect to work hard one day then wake up the next and have your dreams waiting for you at your doorstep. There is always going to be somebody who is one step ahead. You gotta just keep doing your thing and everything will work out.

I decided I would share some of my favorites from shoots throughout 2014, picking my favorites was tough so it is more of just a bunch of randoms from 2014, roughly in order from beginning of January to end of December.  I hope you all enjoy them! Oh and Happy New Year! Dream big!
