Ellie + Zach // Van Dickson Ranch Wedding

After our first meeting with Ellie + Zach at Panera Bread we knew we wanted to work with them. Their sweet personalities radiate happiness, kindness, and love. We had the best time photographing their engagement photos and getting to know them better. They, like many of our clients, truly felt like friends by the time their wedding day rolled around.

Their wedding was held in Skull Valley Arizona, but don’t let the name fool you. It was one of the most beautiful places we’ve had the opportunity to work, we have a thing for tiny mountain towns for sure!

Not to mention the crew at Van Dickson Ranch… they were absolutely remarkable. I was completely taken back at how professional and accommodating they were even to us as vendors! If you’re looking for a venue that will treat you like royalty on your big day – look no further! It made sense that Ellie + Zach were able to find the best of the best, they definitely deserved it!

From the warm, sunny, June day to their beautiful laughs and tears – Ellie and Zach’s wedding day was a dream come true. We are so honored that they chose us to be a part of their big day!

Moments after their ceremony while their guests were making their way to the reception area – they snuck away. They truly made the most out of embracing and enjoying every second on their wedding day. I so admired it.

You guys know I’m a talker – I can visit you all day long while photographing! But something told me to take a step back during their bride and groom portraits and just let them be. Happy tears started flowing from their eyes. My heart felt for them – I can only imagine how they were feeling. I hope they are able to look back on these images and re-feel what they felt this day.
